The Harford EMS Station site began as an empty field, but now its building is an icon in the community. MEI crews graded the site ensuring proper sediment control procedures were in place and stumps and debris were removed swiftly to ensure a functional worksite. Located in the heart of Pikesville, Ingram Manor was the first new construction apartment building to be built in the Pikesville area in over 50 years. While the 96-unit apartment complex was still being occupied, MEI crews were able to finesse their equipment within the confines of the construction site to ensure the comfort and safety if the residents.
