Site Package including, Demolition of a 290,000 sq.ft steel warehouse, import of 12,000yds of fill.  Utilites and stormwater management.  For construction of a new 250,000sq ft. warehouse.  2022

Gray Apple Market site is located in York Pa for Inch&Co.  The project consists of sediment control, 70k yds of dirt to move on site, wet and dry utilities, site concrete and paving.  

The Harford EMS Station site began as an empty field, but now its building is an icon in the community. MEI crews graded the site ensuring proper sediment control procedures were in place and stumps and debris were removed swiftly to ensure a functional worksite. Once the site was complete, MEI crews ensured a stunning paved finish. MEI was proud to be involved with such an important project. 2022

Administering a full site package, the crews exported 45,000yds soil, 1 submerged gravel wetland, 4ac of clearing, utilities and site demolition. 2020

Located in the heart of Pikesville, Ingram Manor was the first new construction apartment building to be built in the Pikesville area in over 50 years. While the 96-unit apartment complex was still being occupied, MEI crews were able to finesse their equipment within the confines of the construction site to ensure the comfort and safety if the residents. MEI employs heavy equipment operators that thrive in compact worksite conditions while ensuring efficient and accurate work.  2022

Site remediation is something we at MEI take very seriously. It is important to bring a site back to its original function as part of a natural ecosystem. Additionally, improving the ecological functionality of the site contributes to the well being of the surrounding community.  Project consisted of 24,000yds of soil import, installing 17acres of non dig geo fabric, and a new stream running through the site. 2022

MEI was awarded this project by WT, the elevator pit 38' in depth next to the existing surgery center.  Working side by side with the sheeting and shoring contractor the MEI crew was able to get to grade safely and efficiently.  2020

Foxhall equine center is a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of horse country Monkton, Md.  MEI provided a complete site package in house including.  Sediment control, excavating, utilities, and stormwater management.  2020

Sacred Heart assisted living in Hyattsville Md.  Site required 44,200yds of soil import, stormwater facility, utilities and storm water management.  2019

NOV work including stormwater management facilities.  

260,000sq ft parking expansion for frito lay in Aberdeen Md.  This project had a strict deadline, MEI crew completed from start to finish in 62 working days.  Consisted of 22,400yds of soil import, 5 concrete wall bio retention ponds, 1 submerged gravel wetland, 700lf of storm drain, demolition of 2 concrete ramps, 18 islands removed.
